Waxwork Records strives for complete customer satisfaction with every vinyl release and collectible; however, if your item arrives damaged or defective, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of any damage to the vinyl, sleeve, or merchandise.
Receive Authorization
Once your claim is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for the return shipment.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original mailer or equivalent protective packaging to prevent further damage during transit.
Processing and Resolution
After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
